I like the location near to Aldgate East tube station. The stuff is very polite. The breakfast is great...
Very small expensive rooms without space for any luggage and wardrobe. The rooms are not clean enought....

Good
Very friendly staff, very clean room & like that you need a swipe card to access toilets, reception & while using the lift.
The bathroom, the shower was treacherous & water got eveywhere. The sink hole got clogged constantly and the toilet slightly smelled.

Good location for accessing local attractions and central London by tube. Clean and comfortable.
Comfortable room and bed. Good standard of hygiene in the room and bathroom. Air conditioning effective. Restaurant breakfast was good and evening options acceptable. Staff helpful and pleasant. Good location next to tube station and Tesco's for snacks.
I was sharing a room with my partner but there was only one chair and bench against a wall. Why do rooms for two never have two comfortable chairs? Limited supply of milk and tea bags for a night in but staff happy to supply extra.

Great stay overall
Clean room, very friendly staff and easy checkout as well. The area is perfect if you'll have business in town as you can easily get via tube anywhere in town. Oh, my view from my window was excellent!
My room was supposed to be a double bed one, but my double bed was actually 2 singles together and felt it on ny back. But managed to adapt. I don't remember having noticed thie detail when made the booking.
